A. What information is or may be collected from you?

- As part of the registration process on the Site, veggies town May collect the following personally identifiable information about you.
- Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, postal code, demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, address, etc.) and information about the pages on the Site you visit/access, the links you on the Site, number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.

Veggies town will collect personally identifiable information about you only as a part of the voluntary registration process, online survey or any combination thereof. The Site may contain like other websites. Veggies town is not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites which it does not own, manage or control. The Site and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third party cookie (such as the double click cookie) to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on someone's past visit.

C. How is the information used?

- Veggies town will use your personal information to provide personalized features to you and provide promotional offers to you through the Site and other channels. Veggies town will also provide this information to its business associates and partners to get in touch with you when necessary to provide the services requested by you. Veggies town will use this information to preserve transaction history as governed by existing law or Policy.

- However, share consumer information on an aggregate with its partners or third parties where it deems necessary. In addition, veggies town may use this information for promotional offers to help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, and potential threat to the safety or security of any person. Violation of Site's terms of use or to defend against legal claims; special circumstances such as compliance with subpoenas, court orders, request/order from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies requiring such disclosure.

- To protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control, veggies town has in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures. For example, veggies town servers are accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Your information is shared with employees and authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis to complete the transaction and provide the service requested by you. Although veggies town will endeavour to safeguard the confidentially of your personally identifiable information, a transmission made by means of the internet cannot be made absolutely source.
- With all your concent only after reading carefully the terms and condition, we assume that, you are agree that veggies town will have no liability for disclosing your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

2. Shipping policy

A. Ordering policy

- Ordering at veggiestown.com is customer friendly. Browse the website to make your purchase. Just select the products you want to shop for, enter the quantity you desire and click on "Add to Cart".
- Please provide your shipping address and payment information. Please refer to the payment options available to you. Once you have successfully selected your payment mode / made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately and will be shipped to you.

B. Pricing & payment policy

- Veggies town product prices listed on the website are current; however, these are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing.
- Our products are liable to and inclusive of VAT / CST / ST/ GST, as the case may be. Veggies town is set up to take immediate orders online and accepts payments through and Institutions that are part of Visa / Master card. It also accepts payments through Visa / Maestro Debit Cards issued by Indian Banks, Amex Cards or Net banking payment mode of selected banks in India.
- For select banks in India – a complete list is available at the time of check out and before making the purchase.
- You may also make payment via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product. However, this mode of payment facility is only available in selected regions/areas as specified by veggies town; hence, based on your location and your choice of products, the COD option may or may not be available to you.

C. Shipping policy

- Your orders are shipped from our warehouse at Nagpur at your doorstep.
Orders are shipped as per the time slot provided after confirmation of payment for prepaid and confirmation of COD order.
- Normally, purchased products will deliver to your doorstep as per the time slot provided from Monday to Sunday. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by you at the time of placing your order.
As per the laws of the Land, we are obliged to send the Invoice copy along with the package as part of the shipping document, including any order made for Gifting purpose.
- Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you can't sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person; a family member, colleague, neighbour etc. However, veggies town will not take responsibility for products signed by any alternative person.
- Veggies town is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages/damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
While we endeavour not to charge extra cost from our customer towards shipping, we charge a nominal charge of Rs considering the order size and quantity. 30/- towards shipping & handling fees. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out, and you will know about the same before making payment. Such charges are part of the invoice generated by us.

D. Out of stock policy

- We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused due to products marked out of stock, which is not available as we will be unable to fulfil them immediately.
- In exigencies, in case your order has been accepted by us. Still, your selected product cannot be delivered, and we will contact you within 2 (two) business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled.
- If a product is out of stock, you may contact our customer care department. They will guide you to place the best alternate; you may visit our stores to find the products. The link to the store locator can guide you to find your closest store.

E. Cancellation of an order

- If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with customer care either through mail/telephone within 24 hours of your placement of order. Veggies town will not be able to cancel any order after 24 hours of your placement of order.
- In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, a refund of your amount will be processed within 15 business days as per our Exchange / Return policies.

F. Exchange / return policy

- Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, because other customers cannot use the same products upon return due to hygiene factors, we don't accept the exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered.
- In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call within 24 hours of delivery. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged state and subject to the following terms:
- Return/exchange/replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by the town team's veggies.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- The cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Once your exchange/return request has been accepted, the exchange/refund process will be completed within 15-17 business days, subject to picking & product inspection.
- Further for exchange/return of the products, veggies town will veggies town's Credits Notes. These Credit Notes can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
- Some special rules for promotional offers may override veggies town's Exchange/ Returns Policy.
- To check which items cannot be exchanged, please call our customer care number on +91-9890436600, 9890247766 through business days (Monday to Saturday) or mail us at veggiestown@gmail.com. We are constantly working to include more and more products on our exchange list.
- The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
- In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount by way of Net Banking, Credit card / Debit card etc.
- The product should be returned as per the product return slots provided.
Keep the product and the package ready for pickup by veggies town.
- To correct or update any information you have provided, the Site allows you to do it online. In the event of loss of access details, you can send an email to: veggiestown@gmail.com

Policy updates:

Veggies town reserves the right to change or update this Policy at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
